Tamika Moses is native of Miami, FL and is the CEO & Managing Broker of Robin Bird Realty Inc., headquartered in Hollywood, FL. Robin Bird Realty Inc. is a full-service real estate boutique brokerage that specializes in the acquisition, leasing, and the disposition of Commercial, Residential Investments and Distressed Properties throughout Florida. Tamika is a seasoned real estate professional with over nineteen years of experience in the mortgage, distressed and traditional real estate fields. She started her collegiate education at Florida A&M University and completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies& Communications from Florida Atlantic University and earned her Masters of Science in International Real Estate Degree from Florida International University in 2015, she is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and owner of the Florida Real Estate School, Robin Bird Real Estate Institute, A CCIM Candidate, and holds NAR Designations that includes CIPS, CDPE, AHWD and SFR.
Before starting Robin Bird Realty Inc., Tamika began her career path into the real estate industry in 2004 as a Mortgage Branch Manager for Local Mortgage Lender. After spending several years working in the mortgage industry, she transitioned into becoming a full-time real estate agent in 2011 after the real estate market was recovering from one of the worst market crashes in history.
Tamika has worked for several major real estate brokerages throughout South Florida. In 2014, she made the decision to further her knowledge in Real Estate and apply to FIU’s Master of Science in International Real Estate ten-month program. The degree program made a huge impact on her career and helped her make the decision to obtain her Real Estate Broker’s license in 2015, and in the Summer of 2018, she founded and opened up, Robin Bird Realty Inc., which is named after her mother Robin who passed away from stage four breast cancer in 2013. For which it honors her mother who encouraged her to begin a career in real estate back in 2004. A Robin Bird symbolizes passion, honor, renewal, strength, new beginnings and great things to come. This was the perfect name as Tamika is passionate about real estate and honors each client she works with. Since its opening Robin Bird Realty Inc. has closed over several million dollars in real estate transactions and continues to grow each year.
Tamika is heavily active in the real estate community on the Local, State and national levels, and several other community organizations. She is currently serving on several Real Estate boards including NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Broker), South Florida Board of Realtists, the oldest minority real estate trade organization in U.S. as the 2023 President-Elect, a fourth- year Governor of the 2023 Miami Commercial board of the Miami Association of Realtors and also was the first black person elected to the commercial board, a 2023 Florida State Director with the Florida Realtors, and a NAR (National Associations of Realtors) Commercial Committee member, The Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, and was a co-host of the real estate radio show “The Real On Real Estate Radio”. She is also one of the founding creators and moderators of the Miami Commercial Club on the Clubhouse APP, which is a global social networking app. Every Friday at noon she co-moderated a clubhouse room with her fellow Miami Commercial Board of Governors discussing an array of topics focused on commercial real estate in and outside of South Florida with local and national market experts.
This year Tamika will be speaking for the second time at the 2023 Bisnow “Broward County State of The Market” real estate yearly event speaking on the “Creating a Connected Broward County” with an array of developers, building owners, investors, and public officials.
Tamika is also the recipient of the 2020 Miami Association of Realtors Commercial Rising Star award, and also Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce 2022 Proud Member award.
