Background

Karen is a 2nd generation real estate professional.  She’s been immersed in the real estate and development business for over 30 years. Karen blended years of sales experience with her trade association leadership to create a wonderful career path in community redevelopment and project management.
Karen also coaches and mentors a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Team that has closed over 1500 real estate transactions in Metro Atlanta! She has represented buyers, sellers, builders, investors and developers in land sales and commercial contracts as well! Karen has spearheaded community redevelopment and new construction projects requiring her to analyze markets and potential product placement. She served as Director of Real Estate for a Community Redevelopment firm where she assisted in asset management, acquisition and disposition of properties as well as consumer education and program marketing.

Karen has been a long-standing member and active leader of the Empire Board of Realtists, Inc. (a local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers, Inc.). She chaired several committees and served the organization and community in many different roles.  She served as President in 2011 and 2012.  She is currently Chairperson for the EREB Foundation, Inc. and an active member of Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.  Karen has served as Chairman of the Fulton County Board of Zoning Appeals for over 6 years.
