Background
Philip Georges has purchased, renovated and managed residential, multi-family, and commercial properties since 1984. His property development experience includes overseeing an extensive group of building trades including architects, engineers, environmental contractors, electricians, roofers, plumbers, drywall installers, window installers, masons, and mechanical trades (boilers, HVAC). Mr. Georges makes special effort to use local contractors on all renovation projects. His property development experience has allowed him to acquire significant knowledge of permitting, zoning, and other activities requiring interaction with a variety of municipal departments.
Mr. Georges has the proven vision and experience to strategically identify distressed properties with development potential. He has successfully purchased, renovated, and managed residential and mixed-use buildings. Mr. Georges has successfully completed 100+ renovation projects of single & multi-family properties. Currently Mr. Georges is partners in a $10 million historical property rehabilitation project that consists of six mixed-use buildings. This project has historical tax credits and a number of grants. Mr. Georges currently owns an undisclosed number of units well in excess of 100. Current President of Central Florida Realty Investors, and serves as focus group leader for the Multifamily & Commercial Group.
Mr. Georges is also CEO of Youth Step USA which sponsors National Stepping competitions for middle and High School Students across the United States. He also head an effort to deliver wheel chairs to impoverished countries through the Chair of love foundation.
Mr. Georges holds Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology, and a host of Real Estate industry accolades.
