Background
Stacey Mollison is President/CEO of Libra Management Group (LIBRA)
a global strategic sourcing and management consulting firm. LIBRA is an
SBA certified 8(a) minority woman owned small business, established in
2006 with Headquarters in Decatur in Metro Atlanta, and satellite offices in
Charlotte, NC and Guyana, South America. LIBRA’s core competencies are
professional, scientific & technical support services inclusive of project and
program management, laboratory support, logistics, conference
management, real estate and construction, facilities support, manpower &
staffing, emergency preparedness, training, and IT solutions to include
cyber security and data analytics. Libra also provides global sourcing and
procurement services of commodities/products in the healthcare, safety
and emergency preparedness, ICT, energy, construction, and aviation sectors. Libra has past and current contracts with
private sector firms, the U.S. federal government and the Government of Guyana (GOG) as prime contractor providing
both services and products. LIBRA is currently a vendor providing medical and emergency preparedness supplies and
equipment to the U.S. Health and Human Services, Strategic National Stockpile and an approved Government Reseller
for both McKesson and Medline. In 2021, LIBRA also received a direct prime logistics contract with Amazon as a Delivery
Service Partner (DSP) providing Last Mile logistics delivery services.
Ms. Mollison manages the daily operations of the firm to include training, maintaining client relationships, developing new
business opportunities and acting as a corporate monitor to ensure implementation of client requirements. Ms. Mollison
also provides entrepreneurship, executive leadership and government contracting training to individuals and small
businesses.
Stacey Mollison accomplishments include, in 2010 she was named one of Atlanta’s 40 Rising Stars by Atlanta Business
Journal, in 2014 named one of Atlanta’s Top 100 Women of Influence by Atlanta Business League, in 2017 she
graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program for Entrepreneurs, in 2018 she completed the
Inner City Capital Connections Program and also received Presidential Award for Community Service from the
Guyana Association of Georgia (GAOG), in 2019 she was awarded Small Business Government Contractor of the
Year by NCMA, in 2020 she completed Morehouse College AGAP Entrepreneurial Leadership Program and Babson
College Black Women Entrepreneurial Leadership (BWEL) program and in 2021 she completed The Coca Cola
Company Supplier Development Program (3CSDI) and was awarded by the National Association of Real Estate
Brokers (NAREB) the 2021 Trail Blazer Award for her work advocating, educating and supporting black real estate
professionals. In 2022 she completed Atlanta Business League’s 2022 Next Level Leadership Program. Ms. Mollison
received an award from Amazon Logistics for Superior Delivery Service Partner of 2022 for the State of North Carolina.
She also received the award for Outstanding Community Service from the Institute of Caribbean Studies (ICS) at the
29th Annual Caribbean American Heritage (CARAH) Awards. Ms. Mollison is also a co-author of the book Mission
Unstoppable: Extraordinary Stories of Failures Blessings with Les Brown and George Fraser.
Stacey Mollison was born in Guyana, South America and grew up in Brooklyn, NY until she moved to Atlanta in 1995 after
undergrad and attended Graduate school in Georgia. She has two children, a son (28) a United States Navy Veteran and
an Entrepreneur and a daughter (21) a Senior and Soccer Athlete at University studying International Business. Ms.
Mollison is very active in her community serving as a Board of Directors member of several local and national
organizations, including as President of Guyana Georgia Tourism & Business Authority, Trustee for the Board of Directors
of the Guyana Association of Georgia, Inc., Board of Director’s member on the Empire Board of Realtist, Inc. and the
EREB Foundation. She enjoys giving back through philanthropy, entrepreneurship & technology training, and advocacy
for economic advancement both in the USA and in Guyana.
