Labrescia Dawson is the President /CEO of Dawson’s Management.

Dawson’s Management specializes in: Real Estate, Property Preservation, Asset Management, REO Support Services, and Government contracting. Dawson’s Management is located in Duluth, GA. Ms. Dawson launched her career in Real Estate in 2002 and opened Dawson’s Management in 2006 which is 100% woman-owned and operated.

Labrescia is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and the SBA Emerging Leaders program. Ms. Dawson has worked in the Asset Management and the Real Estate industry for nearly 20 years servicing clients such as HUD, VA, and the USDA.

Dawson’s Management currently manages the portfolio for  USDA Rural Development nationwide and the U. S territories.
